RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping at BEACH WEEK.
If the item doesn't fit or doesn't suit you we will happily offer you a store credit OR exchange if size is available. We only offer refunds if the item arrives to you faulty or the wrong item has been received.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn with tags / or hygiene stickers still attached.
For exchanges and store credit customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using Australia Post registered, express or registered international post to return your items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.
BEACH WEEK is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
Once returned and approved, you will be issued your refund (*if applicable) / exchange or store credit.
Please allow 2-4 working days once the item has arrived back to us.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All 3rd Party Payment Refunds (Afterpay) will occur a 6% surcharge.
